We craft carbon composite hulls, decks and internal composite structures, lightweight composite bulkheads, full-length longitudinals and support stringers — with exacting tolerances and precision.

Customized water ballast systems, complex exhaust tubing and engine/propeller box installations are crafted with skill and experience, and are installed accordingly.

We master a vast range of composite expertise including underwater appendages — rudders, bearing housings and through-hull penetrations while providing composite support for fin and bulb works.

Our mobile teams are fully equipped with specialist plant, machinery, and consumables to ensure an autonomous, comprehensive service.

When required, we manage team leader responsibilities, and integrate additional specialist personnel: structural designers, management and operations experts, and partner with solid rigging specialists to quote, fabricate and install solid carbon rigging and bobstays under design specification.

Based in Valencia, Spain, our team of local and international talent are deeply experienced, and equipped to fabricate carbon composite components to exact design specifications.

We travel for extended periods to project bases around the world, while our central location allows seamless collaboration with boatbuilders across southern Europe.
